After booking our services:
The majority of our customers prefer to self pack and we are happy to supply a range of quality double walled removals boxes which are available to customers located in our area free of delivery charges. You can order your boxes online here, if you chose to have a surveyor visit, check your quotation as our surveyor may have recommended a particular box pack.
If you are self packing please pack your goods carefully and check out our hints & tips page for packing advice. Don't panic! if you are finding it difficult finding the time to pack and need last minute assistance we may be able to supply a packer or packer's at short notice or arrange for your removals team to make an early start and help you pack and prepare your move.
Our team will arrive at the time suggested on your quotation or at the time recommended by your advisor on the phone for hourly priced jobs. Our crew leader or driver will ask to quickly view the task at hand and check that you don't require any last minute changes to your booking or additional last minute services.
The crew leader will check and ensure our vans are parked in the safest and most practical, legal location. They will also check the route to and from the vehicle is safe.
Our guys are very experienced and will load the removals van in the most practical manner ensuring your goods are carefully, correctly handled and safely loaded onto the van/vans.
Once the vans have been loaded you will be asked to check and confirm the full details of the delivery destination and with your consent our van/vans will proceed to the delivery destination.
On arrival at your delivery destination our drivers or crew leaders will again check the vehicles are parked in the safest, most practical and road legal location.
Having gained access to your new property during house moves our team will carefully unload the van/vans to the rooms in your new property as marked on your boxes or as directed.
Having completed your move the crew leader or driver will calculate your bill for you.
